When you start walking toward your dream, you'll notice something strange. The path isn't just difficult but noisy. Everybody's talking, your relatives have opinions, your friends have suggestions, and your social media feed screams a thousand things you should be doing. Everybody's living their best life online except you, sitting with a half-baked idea, a tired soul, and a mind that can't sit still for 5 minutes. जेव्हा तुम्ही तुमच्या स्वप्नाकडे वाटचाल करायला सुरुवात करता तेव्हा तुम्हाला काहीतरी अनोख्या गोष्टी दिसतील. हा मार्ग फक्त कठीण नाहीये, तर तेथे गोंगाट आहे. सगळे बोलत आहेत, तुमच्या नातेवाईकांची मते आहेत, तुमच्या मित्रांकडे सूचना आहेत, तुमचा सोशल मीडिया मध्ये तुम्हाला करायला हव्या अशा हजारो गोष्टी आहेत. तुमच्याशिवाय सगळेच ऑनलाइन जगात त्यांचे सर्वोत्तम जीवन जगत आहेत, अर्धवट भाजलेल्या कल्पनेसह तुम्ही. एक थकलेला आत्मा आणि एक मन जे ५ मिनिटेही शांत बसू शकत नाही.

Welcome to the real world. The enemy of success is not failure; it's procrastination and distraction. वास्तविक जगात आपले स्वागत आहे. यशाचा शत्रू अपयश नसून कामात चालढकल आणि दुर्लक्ष करणे आहे.

You see there's a difference between movement and progress. तुम्हाला दिसेल की पुढे जाणे आणि प्रगती यात फरक आहे.

The hamster runs on a wheel It's moving fast but it's not going anywhere. हॅमस्टर चाकावर चालतो. तो वेगाने चालतो पण कुठेही जात नाही.

That's what most of us do. We scroll, we compare, we get inspired, we get overwhelmed, and we freeze. I've seen it in myself. आपल्यापैकी बहुतेक जण हेच करतात. आपण स्क्रोल करतो, तुलना करतो, आपल्याला प्रेरणा मिळते, आपण भारावून जातो, आपण गोठतो, मी ते स्वतःमध्ये पाहिले आहे.

When I first came to Mumbai, I didn't know anyone, no contacts, and came with just a suitcase and some photos.मी पहिल्यांदा मुंबईत आलो तेव्हा मी कोणालाही ओळखत नव्हतो, संपर्कही नव्हता, आणि फक्त एक सुटकेस आणि काही फोटो घेऊन आलो होतो.

Everyone had something to say. Some said, "You don't look like a hero." Others said, "TV actors never make it big." And the worst one it's too late. The industry already has its stars. प्रत्येकाला काहीतरी सांगायचे होते. काही म्हणाले, "तू हिरोसारखा दिसत नाहीस." तर काही म्हणाले, "टीव्ही कलाकार कधीच मोठे होत नाहीत." आणि सर्वात वाईट म्हणजे - खूप उशीर झाला आहे. इंडस्ट्रीमध्ये आधीच स्टार आहेत.

But what they didn't know is that I wasn't listening, because I had already tuned in to something much quieter, much deeper. पण त्यांना हे माहित नव्हते की मी ऐकत नव्हतो, कारण मी आधीच काहीतरी खूप शांत, खूप खोलवर ऐकले होते.

I had found my signal. मला माझा सिग्नल सापडला होता.

 You don't need 10 mentors, you don't need 50 books, you don't need every podcast in the world You need clarity and that comes when you shut out the external noise. तुम्हाला जगात १० मार्गदर्शक, ५० पुस्तके किंवा पॉडकास्टची गरज नाही. तुम्हाला स्पष्टता हवी आहे आणि ती तेव्हाच येते जेव्हा तुम्ही बाह्य आवाज बंद करता.

External noise is the external chatter that tells you to be more, do more, look perfect, and sound successful. बाह्य आवाज म्हणजे बाह्य बडबड जी तुम्हाला अधिक बनण्यास, अधिक काम करण्यास, परिपूर्ण दिसण्यास आणि यशस्वी होण्यास सांगते.

The inner signal is that soft voice inside you that says, "This is who I am. This is what I must do." आतील संकेत म्हणजे तुमच्या आतला तो मृदू आवाज जो म्हणतो, "मी असा आहे. मला हेच करायला हवे."

This signal never shouts It whispers and to hear a whisper you have to be quiet, still, You have to trust yourself Especially when it's uncomfortable especially when everyone else is shouting different truths. हा सिग्नल कधीही ओरडत नाही, तो कुजबुजतो, आणि कुजबुज ऐकण्यासाठी, तुम्हाला शांत, स्थिर राहावे लागेल. तुम्हाला स्वतःवर विश्वास ठेवावा लागेल. विशेषतः जेव्हा ते अस्वस्थ असते, विशेषतः जेव्हा इतर सर्वजण वेगवेगळे सत्य ओरडत असतात.

I've had moments on set 18 hours into shooting, body tired, eyes red, and someone says, "Why are you still pushing so hard?" And I smile because they don't know what I know, they don't hear. सेटवर मी असे काही क्षण अनुभवले आहेत जेव्हा १८ तास शूटिंग सुरू होते, शरीर थकलेले असते, डोळे लाल असतात आणि कोणीतरी म्हणते, "तू अजूनही इतकी का मेहनत घेत आहेस?" आणि मी हसतो कारण त्यांना माहित नाही की मला काय माहित आहे, त्यांना ते ऐकू येत नाही.

 

What I hear the noise say is "You're enough, you've made it." The signal says, "Not yet, keep going." The noise says, "Play safe, Protect your image." The signal says take risks Be real. मला तो आवाज ऐकू येतोय तो म्हणजे "तुम्ही पुरेसे आहात, तुम्ही या साठीच बनला आहात." सिग्नल म्हणतो, "अजून नाही, पुढे जात राहा." आवाज म्हणतो, "सुरक्षित खेळा, तुमची प्रतिमा जपा." सिग्नल म्हणतो जोखीम घ्या, खरे राहा.

The noise says everyone else is ahead of you, the signal says you're right where you're meant to be. आवाज म्हणतो की बाकीचे सर्वजण तुमच्या पुढे आहेत, सिग्नल म्हणतो की तुम्ही जिथे असायला हवे होते तिथेच आहात.

 I try to be myself consistently. That consistency doesn't come from chaos. It comes from clarity. मी सातत्याने स्वतः असण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो. ती सुसंगतता अराजकतेतून येत नाही. ती स्पष्टतेतून येते.

Clarity comes from silence Look success is not a coincidence It's a consequence. शांततेतून स्पष्टता येते. बघा, यश हा योगायोग नाही. तो एक परिणाम आहे.

And the first step is not to add more it's to subtract the voices that make you feel small. Subtract the content that drains your energy. Subtract the pressure to prove anything to anyone because. You don't have to impress the world. You just have to impress your future.  आणि पहिले पाऊल म्हणजे जास्त भर घालणे नाही, तर तुम्हाला लहान वाटणारे आवाज कमी करणे आहे. तुमची ऊर्जा कमी करणारी सामग्री कमी करणे. कोणालाही काहीही सिद्ध करण्यासाठी दबाव कमी करणे कारण. तुम्हाला जगाला प्रभावित करण्याची गरज नाही. तुम्हाला तुमचे भविष्य प्रभावित करायचे आहे.

Every day, ask yourself "What is an action that will take me forward?" दररोज स्वतःला विचारा, "अशी कोणती कृती आहे जी मला पुढे घेऊन जाईल?"

Focus on your goal; the world outside may still be loud. But inside, there is peace. Inside, there is a purpose, and that is enough to build an empire. People talk a lot about confident. Be confident. तुमच्या ध्येयावर लक्ष केंद्रित करा; बाहेरील जग अजूनही जोरात असेल. पण आत शांतता आहे. आत एक उद्देश आहे आणि तो साम्राज्य निर्माण करण्यासाठी पुरेसा आहे. लोक आत्मविश्वासाबद्दल खूप बोलतात. आत्मविश्वास बाळगा.

I was a middle-class boy from Delhi who had just lost his parents, trying to figure out what to do with his life. I didn't walk into auditions like a superstar. I didn't charm every producer with some magnetic aura. But I had one thing, a deep, unshakable sense of why I was doing this. मी दिल्लीतील एक मध्यमवर्गीय मुलगा होतो ज्याने नुकतेच त्याचे आईवडील गमावले होते आणि आयुष्यात काय करायचे याचा विचार करत होतो. मी सुपरस्टारसारखा ऑडिशनमध्ये जात नव्हतो, मी प्रत्येक निर्मात्याला काही चुंबकीय आभा देऊन मोहित करत नव्हतो. पण माझ्या मनात एक गोष्ट होती, मी हे का करत आहे याची एक खोल, अढळ जाणीव.

I wanted to act because it was the only thing that made me feel alive when everything else inside me felt dead. Acting wasn't my job It was my oxygen my way of dealing with grief my rebellion against pain. मला अभिनय करायचा होता कारण जेव्हा माझ्या आतलं सगळं काही मृत वाटत होतं तेव्हा ती एकमेव गोष्ट होती जी मला जिवंत वाटायची. अभिनय हे माझं काम नव्हतं. ते माझं ऑक्सिजन होतं, दुःखाला तोंड देण्याची माझी पद्धत होती, वेदनेविरुद्धचा माझा बंड होता.

 people often ask me um what's your secret and I laugh because it's not a secret I do the damn work I don't wait to feel ,I don't wait to be applauded first I act ,I fail, I learn Then I do it all over again You want to know the real reason so many people never reach their potential it's because they're in love with the idea of success not the process of becoming They want the trophy not the training They want the applause not the hours in silence But here's the truth The success you want lives inside the work you avoid. लोक मला अनेकदा विचारतात, अरे, तुझे रहस्य काय आहे आणि मी हसतो कारण ते रहस्य नाही. मी खूप काम करतो, मी परिपूर्ण वाटण्याची वाट पाहत नाही, मी प्रथम कौतुकाची वाट पाहत नाही, मी अभिनय करतो, मी अयशस्वी होतो, मी शिकतो, मग मी ते पुन्हा पुन्हा करतो. तुम्हाला खरे कारण जाणून घ्यायचे आहे की बरेच लोक त्यांच्या क्षमतेपर्यंत कधीच पोहोचत नाहीत कारण ते बनण्याच्या प्रक्रियेवर नाही, यशाच्या कल्पनेवर प्रेम करतात. त्यांना ट्रॉफी हवी आहे, प्रशिक्षण नाही, त्यांना टाळ्या हव्या आहेत, शांततेत तासनतास नाही पण सत्य हे आहे की तुम्हाला हवे असलेले यश तुम्ही टाळलेल्या कामातच राहते.

Everyone has ideas, but the world doesn't reward ideas. Love the Process, not the Result. It rewards consistency and those who finish what they start. प्रत्येकाकडे कल्पना असतात, पण जग कल्पनांना बक्षीस देत नाही. प्रक्रियेवर प्रेम करा, निकालावर नाही. ते सातत्य आणि जे त्यांनी सुरू केलेले काम पूर्ण करतात त्यांना बक्षीस देते.

Those who put in the hours when nobody's clapping, those who build not once but every single day brick by brick, quietly, relentlessly. जे कोणी टाळ्या वाजवत नसताना तासन्तास काम करतात, जे एकदा नव्हे तर दररोज एक एक करून, शांतपणे, अथकपणे बांधकाम करतात.

You want magic in your life, then show up like a magician daily even when no one's watching. तुम्हाला तुमच्या आयुष्यात जादू हवी आहे, मग कोणीही पाहत नसतानाही दररोज जादूगारासारखे रहा.

Don't wait for motivation Build discipline Don't chase shortcuts Respect the long road Don't just imagine the life you want construct it brick by brick day by day because you want to earn. प्रेरणा मिळण्याची वाट पाहू नका. शिस्त निर्माण करा. शॉर्टकटचा पाठलाग करू नका. लांब रस्त्याचा आदर करा. तुम्हाला हवे असलेले जीवन फक्त कल्पना करू नका; ते दिवसेंदिवस एकाएका विटेने बांधा. कारण ते कमवायचे आहे.

Don't chase motivation, chase meaning, and meaning is found not in the outcome but in the doing. Wake up not because the world is watching, but because your soul is. Write that page, Paint that canvas, build that business, not for applause but because you can't imagine not doing it. That's when the process becomes art, work becomes love. Don't just run toward the result, don't just chase the finish line, Dance with the process, get drunk on it, get your heart broken by it, and come back again. Because the result may or may not make you proud, but the journey that would make you whole.प्रेरणा मागे लागू नका, अर्थाचा पाठलाग करा आणि अर्थ परिणामात नाही तर कृतीत आढळतो. जग पाहत आहे म्हणून जागे होऊ नका तर तुमचा आत्मा पाहत आहे म्हणून जागे व्हा.तुमच्या स्वतः साठी ते पान लिहा, तो कॅनव्हास रंगवा, तो व्यवसाय तयार करा, टाळ्यासाठी नाही तर तुम्ही ते न करण्याची कल्पना करू शकता म्हणून. तेव्हा प्रक्रिया कला बनते, काम प्रेम बनते. फक्त निकालाकडे धावू नका, फक्त अंतिम रेषेचा पाठलाग करू नका, प्रक्रियेसोबत नाचू नका, त्यावर मद्यधुंद व्हा, जेंव्हा तुमचे हृदय तुटेल पुन्हा परत या. कारण निकाल तुम्हाला अभिमानी बनवू शकतो किंवा नसू शकतो, परंतु तो प्रवास जो तुम्हाला संपूर्ण बनवेल.
